Wulop, Spring Break & Skincare | Diary Entry #4

Spring is finally here, friends! I feel like I blinked, and Q1 had already come and gone. Maybe it’s just me, but January could not have dragged on any slower - yet February and March were each respectively ~24hrs in duration. Either way, April is here and so is warmer weather (for now, but knowing Dallas that could change in the blink of an eye.)

This month I made one of the best decisions I could have made, and blocked off an entire week to go on Spring Break - aka, what I’m dubbing as “My Adult Grandma Spring Break!” Listen, if you have the opportunity to take PTO, block off your books as a service provider, or take the time off in some capacity… DO IT.

Forma Pilates Dallas

I didn’t realize how much I needed that week to relax, schedule things on my time, and just turn off the work brain for a little bit. It gave me time to try out Dallas’s latest wellness arrival, Forma Pilates.

Coming from LA, their invite-only studio just opened a few weeks ago - and I’m in love with this space. The physical space is absolutely stunning, with no detail spared. And as for the classes.. I can only describe them as humbling in the best way. It truly is Pilates, elevated.

Shoutout to TBP Client & Forma instructor Alora - if you have the opportunity, definitely pop in for one of her mat or reformer classes!

Wulop Vietnam

Now for my big news (that you already know if you keep up with me on Insta; shameless plug!)

Drumroll please… I am SO EXCITED to announce that this summer, I will be a Master Judge leading Team USA at Wulop Vietnam!

Wulop is an incredibly renowned PMU Conference that celebrates the best of the best Permanent Makeup globally. I am incredibly honored to have been asked to serve as a member of the jury, and cannot wait to travel to Saigon and experience all Wulop has to offer!

This year, Wulop will be held July 23rd-24th - which can’t come soon enough!

Following the addition of Obagi Skincare to our product lineup, I’ve decided to bring on select products from Neova SmartSkincare! This clinically proven line is one that has truly impressed me (which is pretty hard to do at this point in my career) and I’m so excited for you all to check out the line.

• Neova Power Defense Antioxidant Serum with Copper Peptide Complex

  
  

• Neova DNA Total Repair Pure DNA Repair Enzymes | I genuinely couldn't pick one Neova product, but hands-down these two have been my dream duo. I’ve exclusively used this line for the last 6 months (in combination with my prescription Obagi Tretinoin & Obagi Vitamin C with Hydroquinone). Cannot say enough good things, and I'm so excited to begin carrying this line in the studio!

• DIOR Lip Glow Oil | This has been in many Sephora recommendation videos for years (including mine), and for good reason. The texture, longevity, sheer wash of color, packaging - everything is perfection about these.

FAVORITE SONG:

• INTERBLOOM - Rufus du Sol | Since I'm going to his show in Dallas this month (eeep so excited!!).. I obviously had to pick a Rufus track - this is my fave at the moment.

MISCELLANEOUS FAVE:

• Forma Pilates | I won’t go into much more detail since I already did above… but they really do have me in a chokehold.
